Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • 99% of All Prepaid orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the Weekends will be dispatch on Monday.

  • For All Cash on Delivery (Limited Pin codes Only) orders Call Confirmation is Compulsory. COD orders will be dispatch next day after you place the Order, Our Logistics team or courier partners, NEVER asks to make any payment for any order(s) before delivery. Don't Pay on any Link for Cash on Delivery options if you get any Text Messages.

  • We are very Punctual about Fast Service and that's why we almost keep everything in ready stock to dispatch. Ignore Electric Products if you want Fast Delivery, Air Courier won't Allow Electric Products.

  • TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT - Once your order has been dispatched, We''ll send you confirmation email with a tracking details. you'll be able to track it directly on the carrier's website.

  • We use DTDC/Expresbees/Delhivery Courier service for all over India and Deliver within standard 5-6 days.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS:

 

  1. Goods once sold can not be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.

  2. In case of online purchase customer can return the goods if it is not the same model or the product seems damaged.

  3. User can not return any used product.

  4. Customized Products are not Subject to Return at any Cost.


Return and Refund policy will not be valid for the below reasons:

  • If you don't have Unboxing Video from starting to end.

  • If you don't Email or WhatsApp us your full video for any Claim within 2 days after product delivered.

 

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS: 
​

  1. If a product is received and is in defective condition ( Dead On Arrival ) or damaged the product will be replaced with a new product. The product has to be shipped back to Vedica's Nook Store with all original packing and accessories with no damage to serial numbers

  2. Once the product is received we will dispatch your product on the same day. It is highly recommended to make a full  unboxing video of the product. Inform us immediately when you receive any defected or damaged goods when you receive it.

  3. If all refund conditions are met, a refund will be issued within 7 days.
